Terms of Service

What Formlark is

Formlark is an online form builder. You build forms in a block editor, share them at a link or embed them on your site, and collect responses — including partial submissions — with built-in analytics, email notifications, and webhooks. How we handle the data involved is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Your account

You must be at least 16 to use Formlark. Keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, tell us right away.

Acceptable use

Don't use Formlark to:

• send spam or distribute forms through unsolicited bulk messaging;
• phish — impersonating a person or organization to trick people into giving up data;
• collect data you have no legal right to collect, or collect it deceptively;
• do anything else unlawful, or that disrupts the service for others.

If a form violates these rules, we may disable it. For serious or repeated violations, we may suspend or terminate the account. Where reasonable, we act on the offending form first rather than the whole account.

Your content

You own your forms and the responses they collect. We claim no ownership — you grant us only the limited license needed to host, process, and display that content in order to provide the service. When you delete content or your account, that license ends with it.

You are responsible for what you collect: toward your respondents, you are the data controller. Collect only what you may lawfully collect, obtain consent where required, and if you route response data elsewhere via webhooks, you are responsible for where you send it.

Plans, billing, and refunds

• Free plan. Core form building and response collection at no cost — no card required.
• Pro. A paid subscription (monthly or yearly), at the price and with the features shown at checkout. If you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Lifetime deal. A one-time payment for permanent Pro access.

Checkout and billing are handled by our payment partner, a merchant of record — your card details never touch our servers. Pro and lifetime purchases come with a 14-day refund: email us within 14 days of purchase and the refund is processed through the merchant of record, no questions asked.

As is, and limits on liability

Formlark is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it fast, secure, and available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — such as lost profits or lost data — and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may change the service and these terms as Formlark evolves. When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top; for material changes, we notify account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Formlark after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

You can stop using Formlark and delete your account anytime from settings — your data is then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, as described under acceptable use.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute comes up, contact us first — both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve it directly before taking formal steps.
