Yes. Unlimited forms and unlimited responses, with logic, analytics, partial submissions, and spam defense included — there is no volume quota, so collection never stops. A traffic spike can't close your form or drop answers. The only size dial on the free plan is file uploads, at 10MB per file.
Yes. Upgrades apply to your account immediately. If you cancel Pro, it stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the account returns to the free plan — your forms keep collecting and every response stays put. Only the Pro extras stop applying: the badge returns, and new uploads follow free-plan limits.
